I am Serkan Sogut. Born in Adana in 1980, I relocated to Istanbul for higher education and have since made it my permanent residence. After completing my studies in Computer Engineering, I embarked on a conventional career path as a software developer. However, I soon realized the limitations of this trajectory and opted to pursue management by attaining an MBA/MSI master's degree.
Presently, I take pride in being a founding partner of Operation Center, a firm dedicated to facilitating product supply within the e-commerce sector.
Parallel to my professional pursuits, I have cultivated interests in photography since my high school days and discovered a passion for travel during my university tenure. Turkey, for me, serves as a cultural nexus between East and West, fueling my desire to explore.
Traversing various modes of transportation, including planes, trains, and buses, expanded my horizons. Yet, it was my discovery of motorcycling that truly ignited my wanderlust. Covering a distance of 58,000 kilometers across Turkey, Africa, Europe, the Balkans, Caucasus, and the Middle East, I have left an indelible mark in 38 countries and numerous cities. Guided by the philosophy that life is fleeting and the world is vast, I refrain from revisiting previously explored destinations. :)
